the staff looked mostly helpful during check-in, an aspect i had expected based on the hotel's rating.
I was really frustrated with the room cleanliness. There were stains on the carpet, a problem i reported and seemed unresolved. the air conditioning was stuck on a freezing setting, and i couldn't adjust it at all. I had to unplug it completely to stop the arctic blast. breakfast was disappointing too. The options were very limited, and the quality wasn't great.

The breakfast included good options with fresh ingredients. Staff were attentive and kind. The room included thoughtful details with super soft bed linen. The location was great. Restaurants were nearby.
The air conditioning don't get cold enough. I asked to make it cooler, and they only lowered the temperature a few degrees. It did not make much difference to me. I ended up having the window open.

The hotel have pretty good location, it's true. I walked about eight minutes from the metro station. Many cafes are close. It was very convenient for me.

The bed was very comfortable. I had a soundproof room. It also included shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and hairdryer. A magnifying mirror, kettle, cookies and a chocolate bonbon was available.

I adored the super soft bed linen and the fully stocked minibar. It felt so luxurious. the staff was kind and attentive to every detail. breakfast included a wonderful variety of fresh ingredients, like pastries and fruit, which i enjoyed each morning.
I did notice that the power sockets in the room were limited. Plugging in my devices and the kettle at the same time was a small challenge.

the hotel featured underground parking, convenient with vehicles, and a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxation. light meals were available at the bar, providing easy options for dining. the hop-on-hop-off bus stop was also close by, offering an effortless exploration route.
